Project summary
Marble & Rose exists somewhere between a restaurant, a secret society, and an evening at an old friend’s home. Set in a historic apartment in the heart of Budapest, it offers a dining experience that blends tradition with discovery and lingers long after the table is cleared. Created by chef and entrepreneur Gábor Viczian, it brings people together around food, conversation, and a shared sense of meaning.
Our role was to shape a visual identity rooted in the apartment’s heritage yet distinctly contemporary. Inspired by original elements—rosewood doors, marble fireplaces, and aged wooden floors—the branding balances timelessness with restraint, avoiding overt luxury. Characterful illustrations of Gábor add a personal touch, while tactile production techniques like letterpress reinforce the dialogue between past and present.
